Unitron is a sub-brand of hearing aid company. The Unitron product is engineered for a younger market. Unitron provided deep research into what they need to build to support their physical product. My role was to synthesise that research into practical wireframes, convert these into a sleek UI mobile platform and animate key moments.
Collaborating closely with Unitron's engineering, research, marketing, and product leadership, we engaged in intensive workshops to analyze available data and resources. Our objective was to formulate Statements and Assumptions that would serve as the foundation for the discovery UX design. Emphasis was placed on crafting precise Wireframes that aligned with both company success metrics and user objectives. We integrated comprehensive user flows with an approved screen hierarchy, and the final phase involved formalizing the entire process into a resilient design system and screen representation.
The final deliverables for this project revolved around a simple yet robust design system. Off the back of the design system I created the UI for each screen within the app. There was a future need for both a white label version and a dark mode. On top of Figma work, I also created a series of animations to help with onboarding and ’Tips’. These were created in After Effects and exported as Lottie files.
